Rooms Operations Manager

Manage execution of operations across Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping departments while leading staff to meet property goals. Verify goals are translated to the team regarding guest tracking and productivity, then develop game plans to address satisfaction gaps and expand strengths. Conduct semiannual one-on-one meetings with staff, assist in hiring decisions, and verify thorough orientation completion for new team members. Monitor guest satisfaction results from forms and letters, publish these reports timely, and take proactive approaches to resolve both employee and guest concerns. Review financial statements and activity reports to measure productivity, determine cost reduction areas, and maximize departmental financial performance.
