Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor role responsible for installing, maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment; calibrating controls; inspecting fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems; conducting life-safety tests (fire-pump and generator runs); managing inventory and purchasing; assisting in disaster-response protocol development; supervising and developing maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining; ensuring safety and quality standards, guest service, and confidentiality; requiring 2+ years supervisory experience and a technical/vocational degree; located in Algiers, Algeria with on-site responsibilities at Marriott facilities.
Required Qualifications

- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
