Job Summary
Supervise, coach, and train Public Area Attendants, Room Attendants, and Linen Runners on cleaning standards, customer service, and department operations. Inspect guest rooms, turndown service, and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance compliance with SOPs, accident prevention programs, and health regulations. Issue shift assignments, review special requests, and manage inventory supplies to ensure smooth housekeeping flow. Respond to guest requests, log lost items, and implement emergency procedures to protect assets. Requires one to two years of related experience, supervisory skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time role at Hotel Alpenrock in Breckenridge, Colorado, offering $23/hour, paid time off, and winter housing stipend.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- one to two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s)
- working knowledge of Housekeeping and the hotel's services, policies and operations
- supervisory skills
- Ability to interpret reports

- Ability to inspect guest rooms and review reports
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. of linen, supplies, furniture
- Pushing up to 50 lbs., pushing housekeeping cart and vacuum cleaner
- Pulling up to 50 lbs., pulling housekeeping cart and vacuum cleaner
- Carrying up to 35 lbs. of supplies
- Bending -picking up supplies, cleaning guests rooms, turndown service, trash removal
- Occasional kneeling
- Mobility -continuous movement throughout hotel
- Continuous standing -90% of shift
- Climbing stairs, approximately 100 steps 3% of 8 hours
- Ladders -approximately 3 feet, 2% of 8 hour shift
