Job Summary
Rooms Inspector oversees cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensures sanitation and safety, monitors housekeeping procedures, and assists in guest satisfaction while complying with labor and budget guidelines. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, prior housekeeping experience, ability to lift 30 pounds unassisted and push/pull 60 pounds, stand for eight hours, communicate professionally with guests and associates, maintain logs and inventories, and operate computer systems such as Quore and Hotel Effectiveness. Reports to the Executive Housekeeper and works on-site at the hotel in Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities
- Pass appropriate security clearances
