Rooms Inspector

Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of condos and rooms daily to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards. Complete work orders for painting repairs, furniture relocation, and equipment reallocation, then follow up on completion. Inventory supplies, replace missing items, and alert the manager for stock room needs such as silverware and cookware. Regularly inspect equipment to verify proper function and address communication needs with owners. Plan work schedules to ensure adequate engineering service and appropriate staffing levels based on business demand. Assist room attendants as needed and complete daily paperwork. Maintain regular attendance and a professional service-oriented attitude while complying with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
