Job Summary
Oversees Rooms Division operations (Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping); leads staff; ensures brand standards; drives guest and employee satisfaction; focuses on growing revenues and maximizing department financial performance; analyzes occupancy, room rates, and group activities; coordinates events and reports; ensures loss prevention and crisis management; implements operational strategies aligned with brand and regional objectives; advocates service excellence and ensures effective communication of departmental goals to achieve property targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
