Job Summary
Assists in managing operations across the rooms area departments (Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping) to improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the department's financial performance. Leads the room operations team, ensures alignment of goals with guest tracking and productivity, publishes guest satisfaction results, and participates in annual quality audits while coordinating with the GM and Regional Director. Oversees hiring, team scheduling, and adherence to hospitality standards, and fosters professionalism, courtesy, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services/front desk/housekeeping or related area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services/front desk/housekeeping or related area
