Job Summary
Assign and pre-register guests, prepare key packets, and coordinate check-in/check-out procedures to ensure guest satisfaction. Review and adjust reservations, verify billing, and Run daily reports while maintaining accurate records and communicating status to staff. Ensure room readiness, identify over-commitments, perform duplicate reservation checks, activate room keys, and process payments. Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect assets, and collaborate with other departments to meet guests’ service needs. Demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, and compliance with quality standards, and support teammates to achieve shared goals. Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1-year related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
