Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations as the central link between Housekeeping, Technical, and Front Office teams, managing real-time information flow, room status, and repair requests. Monitor room assignments and last-minute bookings while handling internal and external calls, emails, and guest requests with empathy and discretion. Process complaints, track guest preferences, and ensure timely follow-ups across departments including Concierge and Room Service. Align daily business forecasts with staffing plans, log call data to identify trends, and maintain accurate guest databases. Participate in daily briefings and quality meetings to uphold luxury service standards and communicate key performance metrics.
