Rooms Controller (m/w/d)

Control daily arrivals and reservations, verify invoices, and manage no-shows and late cancellations. Act as the primary liaison between reservations, front desk, accounting, and convention sales to maximize room occupancy and category sales. Independently manage reservation data entry and administration in Marriott's Empower and OPERA booking systems. Serve as the expert guest contact regarding room amenities, service offerings, current promotions, and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. Maintain composure under pressure while leveraging strong German and English communication skills to deliver exceptional hospitality.
