Job Summary
The Rooms Controller ensures operational precision across the guest journey by managing room inventory, blocking, assignments, moves, and extensions, while monitoring due-outs and guest requests. Responsible for real-time status updates via Opera and HotSOS, coordinating with Front Office and other departments, and ensuring rooms are inspected and presented to Aman standards for arrivals, stays, and VIP inspections. Requires 2+ years of luxury hospitality experience and proficiency with Opera/HotSOS, with strong organizational, communication, and detail-orientation in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Front Office, Rooms Operations, Guest Experience, or Housekeeping Coordination
- Experience with Opera, HotSOS or similar service optimization platforms
- Experience coordinating multiple operational departments within a luxury environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
