Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking, and turning off lights. Set up and maintain work areas, inspecting china, glass, and silver for cleanliness prior to use. Practice clean-as-you-go procedures to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Follow safety policies, report accidents, and complete required training. Welcome guests, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and maintain professional relationships with team members. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds, navigating uneven surfaces, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
