Job Summary
Answer phones, log guest orders, and organize food sequences to determine delivery times. Assist in pre-setting orders, maintain the stock room, and use the point-of-sale system for inputting orders. Complete side-work as assigned and help re-stock areas as necessary. Uphold Broadmoor's five-star and five-diamond service standards while adhering to all safety guidelines. Requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or an equivalent experience
- Knowledge of both 5 star and 5 diamond guest service standards
- Willingness and comfort being on the phone
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work mornings, afternoons, evenings as well as weekend and holidays
