Job Summary
Deliver room service meals to hotel guests while ensuring proper temperature, presentation, and satisfaction. Explain menu items, check for feedback, and notify management of any issues. Maintain safety and security policies, including food handling and alcohol training requirements. Work evening shifts across weekdays, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
