Job Summary
Room Service Server responsible for the setup, delivery and service of Room Service orders in accordance with Loews Hotels standards, delivering amenity presentations for functions in Hospitality Suites, verifying order accuracy before departure, obtaining proper charge authorization or payment, and clearing soiled trays as needed. Requires strong guest service skills, knowledge of quality food service techniques, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; position is on-site at Orlando hotels within the Loews portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards.
- Prior experience in food service operation preferred.
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
