Job Summary
Deliver prompt, polished in-room dining service with attention to presentation while answering menu questions and providing knowledgeable recommendations. Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest identification and maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout all service interactions. Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests and team members while managing multiple orders independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and the ability to lift up to 40+ pounds. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Required Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly to guest requests

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Comfortable navigating guest floors, carrying trays or items, and working in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- Alcohol Server Certification
- Able to carry, pull, push weight up to 40+ pounds with or without assistance
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service
- Familiarity with basic food handling & sanitation practices
- High volume and/or fine dining experience
