Job Summary
Deliver meals and provide a memorable dining experience for guests at Eden Roc Miami Beach. Ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication with guests and team members. Some wine and fine food knowledge is helpful, and fluency in English is required. A Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit is necessary where applicable. This role supports the resort's commitment to luxury, style, and unparalleled guest experiences within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
