Job Summary
Lead and manage the Room Service operation, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service, presentation and guest experience within the department. Take full ownership of service standards, scheduling, labour control and resource planning; oversee stock control and cost efficiencies; collaborate closely with Kitchen, Bar, Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure seamless operations; drive team development, training and a positive, high-performing culture; address escalated guest feedback with professionalism; ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards; capable of training and developing team members and contributing to wider operational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in a busy hospitality or hotel environment
- Previous Management, Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Fluent in English
- Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Must be over the age of 18
- Computer literacy within Opera, Micros and Open Table are advantageous
