Room Service Manager - Soho Farmhouse

Lead and manage the Room Service operation at Soho House's Soho Farmhouse, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service, presentation and guest experience within the department. Take ownership of service standards, collaborate with Kitchen, Bar, Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure seamless operations, oversee scheduling and resource planning, monitor service times and drive efficiency, manage stock and cost controls, handle escalated guest feedback with professionalism, ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and train and develop team members to maintain a high-performing culture.
