Room Service Manager

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Room Service Department to ensure guest satisfaction. Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Room Service Department to meet established standards; provide knowledge of wine and spirits; collaborate with the Director of F&B and Executive Chef to design menus and amenities; manage labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory and cash control; monitor facility and equipment conditions; ensure compliance with EmPact; work harmoniously with staff and supervisors; emphasize exceptional 24-hour in-room dining and in-room private bar service.
