Job Summary
Room Service Line Cook needed at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Responsibilities include hot and cold food production in a high-volume kitchen, preparing entrees, sandwiches, soups, starches, vegetables, sauces, and desserts for general and modified diets; assessing ingredient quality; and preparing food production reports. Requires ability to work a 100% full-time schedule with days/evenings, start times between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, and every other weekend. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification required within 6 months of hire
- 1 year experience in high volume food production setting
