Job Summary
Room Service Attendant responsible for stocking guest mini-bars, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting Room Service Servers. Duties include restocking mini-bars from a computer-generated list, removing room service carts and trays from hotel hallways, handling open mini bars, ensuring par levels, and submitting variance reports. Must provide prompt, friendly guest service, adhere to liquor laws, stay knowledgeable about Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel, and collaborate with team members to meet guest needs. Requires 18+, High School diploma preferred, 6 months of upscale food & beverage experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary starts at $16.00/hour; compensation is negotiable based on experience and education. Hours determined by a 24-hour schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or its equivalent preferred
- High school level reading, writing and computation skills
- Ability to communicate in English
- Six (6) months previous food and beverage experience in an upscale outlet
- Excellent guest relation skills and an ability to be attentive and anticipate all guest needs
