Job Summary
Provide in-room dining experiences with exemplary guest service and extensive food and beverage knowledge. Responsibilities include answering phones, taking and delivering orders, setting tables, opening/serving wine or champagne, recording transactions in POS, coordinating room service and amenity orders (including entertainers in Club 88), maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, communicating with other departments, attending training seminars, and upholding uniform and appearance standards. Must be knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and casino outlets, and have the capacity to upsell additional food items while ensuring prompt, friendly service and compliance with safety and gaming requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months related experience and/or training in a customer service position interfacing with guests over the phone or in person
- One year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Cache Creek Casino Tribal Gaming License
- TIPS Alcohol Awareness Program
