Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms accurately while maintaining quality presentation and temperature. Interact with guests during deliveries to address immediate needs and verify orders are complete, including special requests. Assist with clearing trays, maintaining work area cleanliness, and restocking supplies as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations. This role requires lifting heavy trays and working flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must have a polished, and professional appearance
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays, push carts, and other equipment
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including days, night, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage items, including preparation and presentation standards
- Excellent time management, and communication skills
