Job Summary
Manage nursing unit bulk nourishment inventories by ordering, delivering, and rotating supplies while maintaining kitchen tidiness. Uphold DHEC/DNV regulations regarding food safety, patient identification, facility upkeep, cleaning, and sanitation. Relay identified problems to the Supervisor and support the Room Service line and clean side of the dish room as needed. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation according to policies and logs, practicing proper personal and hand hygiene. Complete any other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Coordinator, Lead, or Management. Work 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM, four weekdays and every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in work according to sanitation policies/procedures/logs
- Must always uphold and practice proper personal and hand hygiene
- Must be flexible with schedule times
