Job Summary
The Room Service Ambassador assists patients with menu selections and ensures meals are delivered in accordance with physician-prescribed diets, allergies, and personal preferences. Provides excellent customer service to support the department's goals, takes food orders by phone, enters selections into the electronic meal system, and adjusts choices based on diet patterns, allergies, and patient preferences; may troubleshoot issues affecting patient satisfaction with food service. Ability to read orders, confirm details, and support patient dining experience in a hospital nutrition services setting.
