Room Service Ambassador

Serve meals to patients in a personalized, professional, and efficient manner while instructing them on the meal ordering system and assessing their capabilities to place orders. Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure proper nutritional intake, glucose monitoring, and timely resolution of meal concerns. Deliver and serve patient meals using service excellence standards, including the AIDET model, while maintaining effective cash handling practices for guest tray service. Perform inventory, order, and replenish bulk food supplies on the assigned nursing unit. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and security standards, including proper hand hygiene and isolation procedures.
