Job Summary
Take, communicate, and process guest orders accurately and timely while ensuring all paperwork is in order and proper payment is collected. Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions for room service requests. This role requires full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and nights. Candidates must be comfortable standing for entire shifts and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. High school graduation is required, with hotel experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand during entire shift
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
