Job Summary
Conduct pre-shift briefings, supervise onsite staff, and oversee the setup, live service, and end-of-day close-down of the bar and lounge. Lead supervisors and frontline teams to ensure smooth service, maintain high customer service standards, and drive sales during peak footfall. Monitor stock levels to meet demand while minimizing wastage, and ensure Health & Safety policies are followed throughout the event. Support the training and development of new team members while keeping morale high. This casual, event-day role at Rangers FC requires flexibility for key matchdays, weekends, and evenings, with a minimum rate of £16.50.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, bars, venues, or event supervision
- Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
- Flexible availability to work key matchdays, weekends, and evenings
