Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring high-standard childcare delivery and fostering a safe, inspiring environment for children. Manage team dynamics and oversee safeguarding duties, including mandatory enhanced DBS checks and regular training compliance. Maintain strict adherence to EYFS standards while supporting staff development through accredited KP Academy training. Work Monday to Friday with access to free meals, birthday days off, and highly discounted childcare. Join a family-run nursery group recognized as the NMT Nursery Group of the Year 2024.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least Level 3 qualified
- Excellent understanding of EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding
- An enhanced DBS check
- A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate
