Room Leader

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery by supporting and supervising playroom staff and deploying personnel to ensure required standards are delivered. Ensure the effective implementation of keycarer procedures, allocate children appropriately, and verify that practice meets Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. Provide professional feedback to parents and carers while maintaining friendly, professional relationships with all stakeholders. Deploy staff to manage day-to-day duties and promote the nursery to current and potential customers.
