Room Leader responsible for promoting high standards of quality within the nursery, supervising and deploying playroom staff, implementing keycarer procedures, ensuring EYFS compliance, providing feedback to parents, and developing positive relationships with families; supports recruitment and staff development, contributes to nursery promotion, and fosters a caring, professional environment for babies, toddlers, and preschool children.
