Room Leader

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery by supervising playroom staff and deploying personnel to ensure required standards are delivered. Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children appropriately, while maintaining practice and provision that meets Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. Provide professional feedback to parents and carers regarding their children, and promote the nursery to current and potential customers. Develop open working relationships with staff and ensure all personnel maintain friendly, professional connections with families.
