Job Summary
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards; report deficiencies to room attendants and follow up; monitor event areas, storerooms, restrooms, and offices; manage guest feedback and service scores related to housekeeping; coordinate with front desk and Security Office on lost-and-found; participate in inventory and supply ordering; conduct daily checks of vacant rooms and spaces; maintain key control and support deep cleaning programs; assist in addressing guest or housekeeping issues promptly; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; 2+ years' relevant experience preferred and proficiency with housekeeping software and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related role, preferably in a hotel environment
- Experience in inspecting and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and guests
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate the housekeeping team
