Job Summary
Inspect rooms after housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and quality; verify electronics and amenities are functional; supervise and train housekeeping hosts; manage annual deep cleaning and inventory tasks; monitor safety, compliance with company policies, and leadership training requirements; maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any issues to Executive Housekeeper; demonstrate Lead with Love qualities and provide a positive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least 1 year’s experience as a room inspector in hotel/hospitality
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have supervisory skills including verbal and written communication, leadership, planning, and organizing
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
- Ability to operate company vehicles according to policy
