Room Attendants

Clean, luxury-hospitality focused room attendants responsibilities: clean guest rooms, storage areas and corridors; replenish guest supplies and advertising materials; report lost property; perform programmed cleaning duties; handle guest laundry per hotel policy; operate and care for cleaning equipment; maintain high standards of room and department equipment; assist with equipment stock-taking; ensure security of keys and rooms per procedures; assist guests with information or services; provide turn-down service; clean balconies, carpets, and bathrooms; assist colleagues with tasks (extra beds, making beds); engage warmly with guests using emotional intelligence and initiative to uphold five-star service; work autonomously or in a team and be able to work in a physically demanding role; commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ongoing training; start date and roster allow for a permanent position in New Zealand with a guaranteed 30 hours/week.
