Job Summary
Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, floors, and living areas while changing linens, making beds, and restocking amenities. Remove trash and used items following safety guidelines, then report maintenance needs or room issues to the supervisor. Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and work areas while adhering to hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards. Provide friendly service when interacting with guests. Work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends, in a supportive, team-centered environment focused on creating safe, fresh, and comfortable spaces.
