Job Summary
Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional hygiene and presentation standards. Replenish guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly to guest requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping trolley. Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to leadership immediately. Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Work weekends only.
