Job Summary

Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional hygiene and presentation standards. Replenish guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly to guest requests. Maintain your housekeeping trolley as clean, organized, and well-stocked. Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to leadership immediately. Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Manage your daily room allocations and pace with autonomy.

Required Qualifications

Ability to handle cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation
Ability to replenish guest amenities, linen, and supplies
Ability to respond promptly and positively to guest requests
