Job Summary
Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional hygiene and presentation standards. Replenish guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly to guest requests. Maintain your housekeeping trolley, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well-stocked. Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to leadership immediately. Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Manage daily room allocations autonomously to meet productivity timeframes and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to handle cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation
- Ability to replenish guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests
- Ability to keep individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll
- Ability to report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately
- Ability to follow all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Ability to manage daily room allocations
