Job Summary
Clean and sanitize guestrooms to brand standards, restock amenities, and replace linens while adhering to SOPs and sustainability guidelines. Report maintenance defects via radio or CMMS, tag rooms out-of-service, and maintain organized carts and back-of-house areas. Support hallway and lobby touch-ups as assigned, greet guests warmly, and escalate concerns to leadership. Complete daily credits, checklists, and lost-and-found procedures accurately. Required Qualifications
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and standard operating procedures
- Detail-oriented, organized, dependable; positive, team-first attitude
- Basic English
- Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays

- Stand/walk for extended periods
