Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while sweeping, dusting, mopping floors, and sanitizing fixtures. Collect, wash, dry, fold, and stack linens following approved procedures, inspecting for wear and tear. Assist Care Managers with resident care requests, review Daily Logs to document behavioral changes, and respond to resident feedback. Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored securely, maintain equipment in orderly condition, and comply with infection control techniques and safety protocols. Transport supplies and soiled linen to appropriate areas while knocking on resident doors before entry. Maintain compliance with required training and attend regular department meetings.
