ROOM ATTENDANT

Cleans and services assigned guest rooms and bathrooms, changing sheets, making beds, and vacuuming both stay-over and check-out rooms. Dusts tables, nightstands, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, air condition units, and window ledges while cleaning all mirrors. Replenishes supplies including drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom items, and linen; transports trash and waste to the disposal area. Replaces light bulbs and maintains the security of equipment, keys, and daily issued supplies. Notifies guest services when service is complete or reports unsafe conditions and lost items to the supervisor. Responds to guest requests, reports complaints, and ensures guest satisfaction while keeping the maid station clean and organized.
