As a vital member of the Housekeeping team, the Room Attendant is responsible for delivering outstanding guest services by ensuring a clean and enjoyable environment for guests. Key responsibilities include preparing cleaning supplies, maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest rooms, promptly addressing guest requests, and effectively managing the return of lost items. The role requires physical stamina to lift heavy loads, work efficiently, and meet daily cleaning targets.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional service skills
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs
- Capable of pushing and pulling carts weighing up to 100 lbs
- Commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Ability to clean a minimum of 13 rooms per day
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Housekeeping Room Attendant experience preferred
