Job Summary
Room Attendant at Lakeview Management Company – Duluth, MN. Clean and prepare guest rooms to standards, restock bathroom amenities, assist with laundry and public areas, respond to guest requests, maintain supplies, follow safety and infection-control procedures, coordinate with the floor supervisor for VIP rooms and special preparations, and uphold confidentiality while delivering courteous, professional service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience providing cleaning or janitorial services.
- Experience within a hospitality role is a plus.
- The physical ability to carry out all job duties efficiently.
- The ability to read room charts and understand the different room numbers and room types at The Lakeview Guesthouse; safety materials and labels, operating manuals.
- A caring, positive attitude with a genuine interest in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences.
- A team-oriented attitude and a detail-focused mind.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate our weekend and holiday availability.
- High School Diploma or GED; or six months related experience/training.
