Job Summary
Make sure every single room is at its absolute best for guests by cleaning, assisting with lost items, and handling supply control to minimize waste. Help guests with immediate needs like finding elevators or forgotten toiletries while advising your supervisor of progress or problems. Regularly assist with deep clean projects and maintain fitness for a physical role involving lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and kneeling. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role supports IHG Hotels & Resorts' mission to welcome everyone and create inclusive teams within a collaborative environment focused on trust and acceptance.
Required Qualifications

- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects
- You may need to bend and kneel to complete some activities
- Literacy skills - reading, writing and basic maths skills
- Flexible attitude to shifts – you may be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays
