Requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 60 pounds, clear English communication, adherence to uniform standards, knowledge of emergency procedures, and compliance with safety and sanitization practices. Weekend availability and ability to follow the property's cleaning procedures and general clean checklist are required.
