Job Summary
Receive assigned room lists from the manager and prioritize early cleaning requests. Check cleaning cart inventory, knock before entering rooms, and remove soiled linens to replace with fresh supplies. Make beds neatly, stock towels, and clean/disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and mirrors per policy. Vacuum floors, remove trash, and restock coffee and toiletry items. Perform final room inspections, notify supervisors of availability, and report suspicious activity to security. Load soiled linens into washers, fold laundry, and notify maintenance of repairs. Take found items to the lost and found area. This role supports Level5 Hospitality's high-touch service standards at SpringHill Suites Bend.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests
- Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards
- Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly way
- Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift
- Must be able to access and navigate the facility
- Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred
