Job Summary
Room Attendant (Sick Leave Cover) at Mandarin Oriental Barcelona responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas to luxury hotel standards; replenish guest amenities, linen and room supplies; report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly; ensure rooms and public areas are presented impeccably and ready for guest arrival; follow health, safety and hygiene procedures; requires strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural team, good customer service orientation, and professional attitude. Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel is preferred; basic English skills valued.
Required Qualifications
