Room Attendant - Shoreditch House, East London

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, suites, and common areas at Soho House Shoreditch House to club standards; replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed; check rooms for maintenance issues and report faults promptly; ensure guest belongings are handled with care and confidentiality; maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas; support laundry services and follow safety and sanitation procedures including PPE; communicate guest requests or status changes to the Housekeeping Supervisor; assist with turndown service and ensure hallways and service areas are clean; ideal candidate has up to 2 years’ experience in a high-profile venue, strong attention to detail, reliability, discretion, and the ability to work independently; basic English and ability to follow instructions are required.
